- I currently teach Music at Monterey Bay Academy located in La Selva Beach, California. M.B.A. is a Seventh-day Adventist coeducational high school. Every year our select music groups go on tour in the spring during which we perform at schools, churches and civic venues. The Oceanaires (Choral) and Westwinds (Band) are the names of the two performing groups. Membership is based on an audition and advanced musical ability.

Sorry for this offence, but uh-h This is Tammie Chen from China. And will study in MBA from this August. I saw you were a director for musci group in mba, so I guess I 've found the right person for this thing.
I am pretty much interested in MBA's music groups, since I used to play the piano, clarinet, and guzheng(a beautiful chinese instrument) when I was a kid. So I am here to personally ask you for some information. If my experience in these instruments would count, I mean, if there's any chance the music groups in mba need more bandsman? Coz this will help me decide whether to bring the instruments along with me to the U.S or not.
and by the way, I danced a lot before, both traditional chinese dancing and something like hip-hop tho not quite good. But I used to be in a model team which is for performance during a well-known international fashion festival that is held annually in my hometown.
I have no idea if mba needs all these stuff. So I'm here hoping to get your help.
